Collection Summary

You can summarise a collection by Document Properties, Ingestion Properties or Document Tags by selecting the Summary tab.

To view a summary of a collection:

1. Select the Document Properties, Ingestion Properties or Document Tags tab.

2. Complete the Category field and data field as required, and select Show.

The fields required can vary depending on the tab selected.

Select the count number to run a search query to find all documents with the matching properties/tags.

Select Export to export the summary to a CSV file.
