Manage Background Tasks
Access
User privileges
Users are able to view background tasks they created. For example, tasks that may show up in background tasks include ingestion, collection or network reprocessing.
Users with Admin Rights will be able to view all background tasks.
Information shown
# | Number of the background task. |
Description | Describes the background task as well as the progress, for example (49979/209859) indicates the number of documents processed out of the total number of documents. |
Status | Identifies the status of the task. |
Affected Resources | Links to the associated collection or network |
User | The user name who initiated the task. |
Start Time | The time the task was started. |
Actions available

Displays background tasks for the current project. |

Displays background tasks for all projects. |

Deletes the background task. You may wish to do this for particularly large jobs started in error or which are taking too long to process. |
