Copy a Project

Sintelix enables you to copy the entire project, which includes the documents and configurations, or copy the configurations only.

To copy a project:

1. Select the Copy icon of the project you want to copy.
2. In the Create a Copy dialog, enter a new project name.

3. To restrict control of the project:

   1. click on No additional security link .

      Result: The Edit Security Metadata is displayed.

      

   2. Select the Add button to display the add users and/or groups.

      

   3. Enter the name of the user/group you want to authorise for access, and then select Add.

      The user must be an existing user.

      The group must exist within the Sintelix security model set by the Administrator. See Customise the Security Model for more information.

   4. To remove a user/group, click on the x next to their name.

   5. When you have added the required users/groups, select the Apply button.

4. Select the content you want to include: every or configurations only.

   Copying everything may result in a large project file, as it will copy all of the marked-up text-documents and generated networks.

5. Select Create Copy.
