Modify the Security Model

To update the system settings in Sintelix:

1. Go to the directory <Sintelix database directory> The directory in which the Sintelix database is stored, for example, C:\Users\Documents\Sintelix database.\security. It contains an example security configuration that is based on user names and groups (security-model-example.xml).

2. Copy this file and rename it ‘security-model.xml’.
3. Make the changes you require. For information about each element in the file see Customise the Security Model.
4. Restart the Sintelix service for the changes to take effect (see Start, Stop and Restart Sintelix).
