Integrate Additional Features
After you have installed Sintelix there are a number of features that can be configured to enhance Sintelix capabilities.
| Optical Character Recognition (OCR) |
Sintelix can connect to an OCR server to convert images (scanned documents) into text documents for analysis. For more information, see Install Optical Character Recognition (OCR). |
| Audio and video transcription |
Sintelix can transcribe audio and video files into text documents for analysis. For more information, see Integrate Audio Transcription Virtual Appliance. |
| Question Answering GPU enhanced mode |
The standard Sintelix installation comes with Question Answering in standard CPU mode. The speed and quality of Question Answering can be improved by installing a plugin to use the processing capability of a NVIDIA CUDA GPU. For more information, see Question Answering Status and Settings. |
| Chrome Harvester Sintelix Extension |
The Sintelix Browser Extension is a Chrome Extension that enables you to harvest the page that you are on. It is particularly useful when you want to select specific content from a handful of webpages to harvest. For more information, see Harvest via Sintelix Extension. |
